Christian World’s Beginnings
Christian World began in a building behind McNeese State University in Lake Charles. It was here God proved that no matter what the building looked like, people would come from everywhere to hear the message.
Three Years Later...
In the first three years, Christian World grew so quickly that we purchased and began renovations on the Cinema Six building in the Oak Park area of Lake Charles. We occupied this facility for three years. We were well on our way to the last stage of renovations when God revealed the next step for us.
Blessings of Growth
In August of 2006, Christian World acquired the beautiful Gauthier Road campus. This 80 acre campus is the largest ministry campus in Southwest Louisiana. In seven short years from our beginnings, God’s favor brought us to a beautiful place of growth.
The message of hope and love has expanded beyond the local church where Pastors Jerry and Hope are called to pastor. Through Christian World’s outreach programs and community involvement, we are touching our city with the hands of Christ. “Little becomes much when God is in it”, says Pastor Jerry. “He always makes us look better and smarter…truth is, His plans are better than ours.”
